Bacco is an artisan company of pistachio production and transformation, born out of Claudio Luca’s business venture. The production model is based on the control of the whole chain, from harvesting to storage, up to processing and to the finished product, and on the extraordinary quality of the raw material combined with processing techniques that, though still traditional, combine the mastery of craftsmanship with the use of perfected machinery. New Elite Line is born from tradition and characteristic raw materials of Sicilian lands, a tribute to Sicily, generous land capable of giving Mediterranean fragrances and fruits with a unique flavor.

Sweets for special occasion, with double natural leavening, born after months of experimentation and research of the best raw materials, which move palate on a sensory journey to discover Mediterranean tastes and scents and express the excellence of Bacco.

They present new pack and an elegant graphic design that draws inspiration from the ancient majolica, customized with trident logo of the company, proposing a tray base which, when opened, allows you to appreciate voluptuous aspect of the dessert.

Fresh ingredients like free-range chicken eggs and mountain cream butter, mix with fine quality of pistachio, lemon, oranges and blueberries, respecting characteristics and aromas that only nature can give and that only craftsmanship can preserve.

Dessert Ingredients

Wheat flour, sugar, butter, free-range egg yolk 11 %, skimmed milk powder, wheat gluten, honey, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), wheat sourdough powder, flavourings, salt, yeast. Coating: White chocolate (sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, whey powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), chopped pistachios 18 %. Treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface. MAY CONTAIN OTHER NUTS (ALMONS AND HAZELNUTS), SOY.

Cream Ingredients

Sugar, pistachio paste 30 % (pistachios, colourants: chlorophyll, curcumin), non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats: fats (palm, palm kernel), oils (sunflower), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier (lecithin sunflower), flavorings (vanillin).
