Bacco is an artisan company of pistachio production and transformation, born out of Claudio Luca’s business venture. Obtained by working a selection of the best almond fruits to obtain an excellent pasta that can be used for different preparations.

Details

They are produced with natural ingredients, without preservatives, without artificial colors and flavors (only sugar and dried fruit).

Ingredients

60 % sugar, 40 % almonds.

Allergens

May contain traces of other nuts (HAZELNUTS), flours with GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS and SOYA.

Preparation of Almond or Pistachio Milk

Dissolve 200 g in half a liter of hot water. Add half a liter of cold water until you reach the desired taste. To dissolve the dough faster, use an immersion blender. Filter. Serve cold.

Preparation of Granite and Sorbets

Blend 200 g of dough in half a liter of water. Put in the freezer. Blend before serving.
