Coltellerie Berti is the artisan production company of knives created in 1895 by David Berti, and which without interruption, for four generations, continues to produce knives in the same place, in Italy, and in the same strict observance of the Tradition of the Berti Artisan Method handed down within the Berti family.
At Coltellerie Berti, each knife is produced by the hands of a single craftsman, of the same person. Whoever starts it finishes it.
This is the essence of the Berti Family’s Artisan Method, which maintains the true joy of owning a real handcrafted knife in the wake of the most authentic Tradition, and work in a truly human condition.
Each model requires a new great effort to evaluate the amount of work which, in a never equal time, varies from craftsman to craftsman, and from day to day for the same craftsman.
