Dalla Costa – Pasta Book Selection is composed by three packages, net weight 1,25 kg:

– Penne with calabrian chili 500 g

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated chili from Calabria 1,8%.

– Tagliatelle with truffle 500 g

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs 25%, summer black truffle 4%, truffle aroma.

– Spaghetti with cuttlefish ink 250 g

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, cuttlefish 4,3%, fish powder, lemon juice.
