Vinification: grape maceration 22° ‐ 25° C 8 ‐ 10 – 12 days long

Aging and Refinement: 3 months in steel tanks with controlled temperature (10° C), then 4 months in french barriques

Alcohol: 14,5% Vol.

Tasting Notes

Colour: strong ruby red, with violet reflex

Bouquet: intense and persistent aroma, with hints of dark chocolate, goudron, coffee, vanilla and aromatic herbs

Taste: right tannins, warm, persistent with coffee and cocoa aftertaste and blackberry fruity notes

Serving temperature: 16°‐18°C

Food Pairings

Best served with: Cheese, wild boar roasts, Goulasch, Ragù Sauces, game birds
