Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. of Borgo – Red Label

It is recommended for exclusive recipes, on vegetables, strawberries, ice cream or Parmigiano Reggiano. We advise not to subject it to cooking. The round taste, which superbly combines sweet and sour, comes from a slow aging in oak barrels and makes it our most valuable product in the range of balsamic vinegars of Modena.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. of Borgo

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena del Borgo PGI is a completely handmade product that comes from a skilful aging of the grape must (from the Emilia Romagna region) and a small percentage of wine vinegar. The aging takes place in oak barrels and, like the Condimento del Borgo, is available in the three labels for the three different uses in the kitchen. All our types are “aged”.
