The Dinette of Balsamic

The new trilogy tells the three typical variations of the Borgo products: yellow, orange and red, through “a happy and colorful lady” who, drawn on labels and cases, visually illustrates their uses in the kitchen. The Tinello, or the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, in 250 ml bottles, comes from a wise aging of grape must and wine vinegar. Everything is refined in oak barrels. It is from the name that begins the idea “playful”: small dining room understood as a small vat and also a once-eaten kitchen.
