Zanin 1895 – High Quality Spirits Since 1895

In the mid-800 Bortolo Zanin opened an inn, which offered, between the various local food and drinks, even the “white spirit”. Zugliano people developped a passion for the “graspe” so much that Bortolo decided to begin to expand the production of distillates. In the ’40s, with the inn all in all closed, the son Rino continued the expansion activity of the distillery and aging of destillates, leading to fame the Cavallina Bianca brand. In the ’70s, with Fausto Zanin the company expands abroad, in 38 countries. Today the distillery is led by Piero Zanin and his brother-in-law Massimo Fontana, which have enlarged the production to new premises in Zugliano, restoring the old mill acquired by father Fausto. Four generations linked by the same passion, illustrated in the essence of every drop labeled Zanin 1895.

Liquorice liqueur Zanin Liquornero 25° cl. 70 of the Horeca Line. Aging 3 months. Sweet, soft and enveloping taste with marked liquorice notes.

Liquornero, obtained from the mixing of alcohol, sugar and natural liquorice extract, which makes it unique in its kind. It is a sweet liqueur, where the typical notes of licorice are perceived, decided, in a warm embrace to other nuances that embellish it even more.

It is a sweet liqueur of 25° which, thanks to its high liquorice content, makes it special and unique in its kind. Its perfume is unmistakable and perfectly recalls that type of product, but even more is in the tasting where you can perceive, distinctly, the classic notes of licorice in a warm embrace to other nuances that enhance it even more.

It is advisable to taste it in purity, with ice or iced, also excellent as a correction for ice cream or desserts or in coffee with whipped cream.
